Does acupuncture hurt?
Everyone's pain tolerance and overall sensitivity varies. Acupuncture isn't meant to hurt, though you may experience some sensations during your treatment. Some people may experience mild tingling, throbbing, or dull aches. overall a session is very relaxing.

Is acupuncture safe?
Acupuncture is generally considered safe when performed by a trained and licensed practitioner using sterile needles. However as with any medical treatment, there are some risks, such as minor bruising, soreness, or bleeding at the needle insertion sites.

How many treatments do I need for regular acupuncture?
The number of acupuncture sessions needed can vary depending on several factors, including the condition being treated, its severity, and how the individual responds to acupuncture.

Are there side effects to acupuncture?

Yes, acupuncture can often be combined with other treatments, both conventional and alternative treatments, to complement and enhance overall health and wellness.

I do not accept insurance. Although, I can accept funds from Flex Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
